I have been in the floral industry for about 30 years, most recently the owner and lead designer at Fleurish, The Art of Flowers in Wasilla, Alaska. I loved it but the Pacific Northwest was calling me! The iris is my favorite flower. I think they are beaurtiful! My husband brought me wild iris on our honeymoon 34 years ago and I have loved them ever since. I also love anything unique and textural like amaranthus! When I am not playing with flowers you can find me playing outside with my husband and Doodle Dog "kinley", or with my kids. I love hiking, climbing, skiing, mountaineering and pretty much anything outdoors. .
